Policies
Providing efficient service and delivering value to our clients are our highest priorities. To ensure consistent scheduling and prevent equipment damage caused by overgrowth or debris, we must enforce the following skip policies:
Bi-weekly clients
Allotted 3 skips per year.
After all 3 skips are used, any service performed during the third week will be billed at 50% above the standard rate.
Weekly clients
May skip their weekly service an unlimited number of times.
May skip their bi-weekly service up to 3 times per year.
Any service performed during the third week after 3 skips will be billed at 50% above the standard rate.
Additional notes
For liability reasons, we cannot weed-whack areas containing gravel or loose sediment. In these areas, we will use spray instead.
We recommend saving skips for late summer and fall
Beginning in 2026 we will no longer accept cash payments, invoices will be sent through email and can be paid with credit/debit card
Sales tax will be included on your invoice
